First Republican Debate Tonight at 5pm and 9pm ET
The first official GOP debate will take place tonight in two separate parts. The first debate, airing at 5 pm ET, will feature the bottom seven candidates outside the top ten. The primetime debate, which happens at 9pm ET, features the top ten Republican candidates in an average of national polls.

The five polls included in the average that determined the line-up were conducted by Bloomberg, CBS News, Fox News, Monmouth University and Quinnipiac University.
